In a sense, Chick, who was a dual-wielding performer with both acoustic and electric music, was at his best when he was rampaging wildly from the mid-80s to the 90s with fellow multi-talented young talents John Patitucci and Dave Weckl. Introducing a definitive edition that combines the earliest live performance by an acoustic band during the period, and the phantom live performance by an ultra-rare acoustic “trio” who participated in Breck Line just before that! ! ! This work includes the 1 hour and 20 minute performance in Stuttgart, Germany on July 13, 1988, by the phantom “acoustic trio” of Chick, Patitucci, and Brecklein, before they were an acoustic band, and Brecklein’s performance. Immediately after the debut of the “acoustic band” in which Weckl participated, the more than hour-long performance at Wolf Trap Park in Vienna on June 29, 1989 is recorded in superb high-quality stereo, both carefully mastered by the label.A 2-disc set with coupling recorded on the sound board has arrived! ! !
